The LDAP comprises seven members—a Presiding Member, six ordinary members, and occasional/specialist members — who are appointed by the State Planning Commission.
Code of Conduct

The LDAP members are bound by the Minister’s Code of Conduct. LDAP Members are also required to disclose their financial and other interests as required by the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.
